Is E-music safe for you computer?

My computer only works in safe mode HELP?

  • when i start up my computer in normal mode it crashes . it then automatically restarts and gives me an option "safe mode" "safe mode with networking" or "safe mode with command" . i always click on safe mode w/ networking . my computer only works in safe mode . I NEED HELP PLEASE . thank you .

    Your computer is unable to start normally because of some system error.Maybe some changes or installation causes this to happen. Since you only can boot in safe mode, I suggest you to use system restore to return your computer settings to earlier time. Follow this steps: 1. Start windows in “Safe Mode with Command Prompt” 2. Type “rstrui.exe” into the command line box 3. Restore your PC to any restore point you want OR 1. Start windows in "safe mode" 2. Press “Ctrl” + “Alt” + “Enter” to open Task Manager 3. Go to “File” -> “New Task (Run…)” to create new task 4. Type “rstrui.exe” and press OK Both methods are easy to do even for computer illiterate if you follow the steps properly. Try using Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool. Enter MRT in your search or RUN box and open the program (press ENTER or OK). Start it by clicking NEXT at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts to remove the virus if there. If that doesn't work, use Malwarebytes, an excellent security program. Just download it to your computer and save it under a different name if the virus allows you. If it doesn't, download it to a flash drive first, and then connect it to your computer and run it from there.

One of the options should be "Use last known good configuration" If this doesn't work, go into safe mode and try doing a system restore and see if that works
