How can I delete inbox.com from my computer?

Is it okay to delete the temp files on my computer?

• Is it okay to delete all the files inside the Temp folder? also say if it showed i downloaded the ZUNE program. if i select all and wait for them to delete would it delete the program i installed onto the computer or will it keep it?.... i wanna know because It's taken up about 20.something GB of space and i use a desktop computer too. "My Computer/Local Disk(C)/Documents and settings/MYNAME/Local Settings/Temp" Cause if so can i keep deleting these files and it wont mess up my computer? and could me having 23.1GB left on my computer cause it to be slow or lock up here and there?   You are suppose to delete the temporary files, after you do so you might want to use your disk clean up and disk defragment.
