How can I get Audio from, DVI male to HDMI female Adapter?

Will i get audio if i get a dvi to hdmi adapter?

Well, you actually ccan get audio through the HDMI on this video card because its a newer card. Dont let the other answers confuse you. You need an audio loop cable aka internal s/pdif cable. It has a 2 pin connector on both sides. It should have been supplied with your graphics card. Plug one end into the card. For the motherboard side I am not sure so I looked at an asus mobo manual. I looked at the P5E3 Premium but yours is probably similar. The motherboard s/pdif on that board is shown as 1 pin, a blank spot, and then 2 more pins to make a 4 pin wide connection. The "lonely" pin is for 5v and I doubt you will need that for s/pdif so just plug it into the last 2 pins and it should work.
