How do I change my itune account to a new computer so it is the primary account hold or manager?

I have a new computer and transfer my music to the computer with backup disc. My primary account still resides with my old computer. When I authorize my new computer it didn't change anything or at least make my new computer the primary account holder.

There is no primary, you have up to 5 computers you can authorize, period.
