Is it possible to get documents back when I deleted them from the recycle bin on my laptop?!?!?

I deleted some important documents by accident and then regularly delete my recycle bin. IS THERE ANYWAY TO RESTORE DOCUMENTS/PICTURES THAT HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM THE RECYCLE BIN?

No it has not all gone the data is probably still there you need a data recovery utility like spinright 6. If the docs are very important don't use the computer as new "writes" will write over the data that's hidden on the HDD and you will not be able to recover it. There are many data recovery programs out there but if you feel you don't want to do it a specialized firm will do it for you but at a cost. Note added : NICOLE : there is a simple procedure you could try to recover the files but I would have to guide you through it so email me @ [email protected] and I'll show you how.

Nope. For the future, remember this word: backups.

Nicole, that depends on how long it's been in the bin..After a period the recycle bin is deleted and gone to cyber space... The files normally disappear... When you empty the recycle bin, you completly throw away all of the already compressed files in the bin. I dont think theres any way of retrieving them...I know that sucks, but keep a copy on a flash drive, just incase you need the item(s)..

Once you delete something from recycle bin its gone
