What is safe mode?

What do i do when my computer keeps restarting in normal mode but works fine in safe mode?

  • Every time it start in normal settings it stays on for about 15 second then restart, but when I start it in safe mode it works fine. I did a registry scan and is says HKEY is missing. What is HKEY and what can i do to fix it?

    There is a whole lot of stuff under HKEY - which is your entire Registry (the brain of your computer). There is stuff under HKEY Software, Hardware, etc. This could have happened through improper removal of software, hardware, etc. I do not recommend that you waste your money on Registry Cleaners, etc. I do recommend a re installation of the operating system.

If it works in safe mode then it is more than likely something affecting your PC. Stop all start up programs that you don't need, try and run some spyware/virus removal program in safe mode incase there is some 3rd party program messing up your machine.
