Hi! I have researched and compiled a list below fitting your budget, all from newegg! AMD is by far the best value in gaming. So this gaming rig features the AMD Llano APU, which is a combination of a CPU and graphics card all in one. I paired it with a 6670, for dual graphics technology to boost the GPU speed and performance, allowing it to play games with higher quality and smoother framerates. Included is all you need to build your rig, including speakers. The Cooler Master HAF 912 offers great airflow, solid build quality, and quiet performance. There is also a custom cooler for better temperatures on your CPU/APU. I have built a rig before under $500 and learned that when going for a low priced rig, you have to accept that there may be risks to your build since it is a tight budget. None the less, this gaming rig is worth every dollar. Let me know how your rig goes! sorry bro, your going to be stuck with some pretty crappy performance for 650$. newegg is an awesome place to buy parts though, defiantly use newegg. my suggestion is to save up for a little bit longer until you have AT LEAST 800 bucks. otherwise your better off getting an xbox. also, your going to want a 1920x1080 monitor. 900 just wont cut it for PC gaming.

no, you might get lucky and have someone do the research for you. but you will be better off coming up with a potential build then asking if it would work. for 650, heres my advice. stick to socket am3 cpu's (there is a problem with bulldozer and games....unless they got that resolved. but again, your research) you dont need a killer GPU for a 16x9 resolution. an entry level gaming GPU would be alright you dont more than 4 gigs of ram for gaming. although, ram is super cheap so if the price between 4 and 8 gigs is like 20 bucks, do it.
