BIOS settings gets changed to default?

Every time I start my computer,I have to fix BIOS settings.It gets to default settings.I have also changed the battery on the motherboard but the problem persists.If I leave the UPS on after turning off the PC and again start the machine even after few hours,there is no problem .Please note that I have replaced the battery.Please help. Thank you

Are you sure you put the battery back in the right direction? Check the board. There should be an indication of which side, + or -, goes up. Hope that helps.
i am suffering with same problem. the problem is in motherboard. give it to the company and claim warranty they will repair it and give you.
