I have a desktop computer that when i turn on the screen doesnt come up. Its not the monitor what should i do?

i have had the same problem with to computers you need to try reboot the computer i had to take mine into shop cost 50 us dollars to fix

If your monitor light remains amber or golden colored and not green, then it is not getting a signal from the computer. I think you need a different video card.

you got a serious problem here OK if you are 100% sure its not the monitor then check the cable it might not work anymore or something if not then open up your computer and check the you didn't burn up the thermal paste on your cpu, if you did then remove it and put new one on it and that should fix it if not your motherboard might be having some problems try installing a video card or changing the one you have

a> check the cable is correctly connected to the pc b> if you have a graphics card and inboard graphics check you are plugged into the graphics card c> if above does not resolve the graphics card or port maybe damaged d> a driver update may help
