Can I replace the Mac Mini 2010 power cord with one from the old PS2 or PSP?
-
Want to replace the power cord on my Mac Mini 2010. The website says that the power is 100V - 240V and the back of the cord itself says 2.5A, 125V. I noticed that it is the same shape is the old PS2 cord, and the back of it reads 3A 125V, and I also have the old PSP power block, and it reads 100V - 240V too, and it's cord says 3A 125V. I don't know anything about power and I don't want to fry the mac before I do anything stupid, so I ask you internet. Thank you.

Answer:
As long as it is just the power cord and not a power adpator, it is fine. You won't hurt a thing. Most power cords are universal
