How can I make my pc game bigger on tv?

  • I hooked up my pc to my 52 inch HDTV. Everything works fine and its full-screen (Well only the desktop,internet, etc is), it's not a small box with black around it. Well when I play my favorite game Call Of Duty 4 for pc(note: This is the reason why I hooked up my pc to my tv to get it very big), it doesn't go full screen like it doesn't fit the 52 inches. it's just a small box the size of my pc screen on my tv. How do I get the game to go full screen on my tv? Please help.

    Set your game resolution to be the same as the TV's native resolution. Normally your computer monitor would stretch a smaller image across the entire monitor, but TVs aren't meant to be monitors so they don't do that.
