Blue Screen "Dumping Physical Memory"?
-
My father has had his desktop for about two years now. It runs Windows Vista with a AMD dual core processor. Just recently whenever he is playing world of warcraft on it, in the middle of him playing the game, it will go to this blue screen that says, "dumping physical memory", then it goes to starting windows up again. At first it would only do it a couple of times, but now whenever he is playing world of warcraft, which the only computer game he plays, the blue screen comes up that says "dumping physical memory" My dad only uses his computer for email, check his banking, and play wow. He doesn't have any music, or anything that is taking up alot of space on his hard drive. All he has is a couple albums of pictures of me and my brother on there. But i dont know what the problem is. I was thinking it had something maybe to do with his graphics card because thats a computer game and maybe the graphics card is fried or something. I don't know what it could be. Can anyone help us out?

Answer:
Try to scan first your pc for a virus infection, if that didn't work for you, download a utility that repairs bad sectors for HDD. If "blue screen" keeps on reappearing, install a fresh copy of Windows.

You have a memory problem. Either the memory modules on your motherboard or bad (you would have to replace the motherboard) or the RAM is bad (you would have to replace the memory thats in the motherboard)
