Why can't I find the Disk Fragmentation?

I cant find the disk my pc came with and it would b useless cause i changed my motherboard?

    Did you replace the motherboard with the same model (swap from manufacturer) or did you replace with an different model (upgrade)? If you just swapped it with the same model, contact the PC vendor and ask them to get the restore disk (may have a small fee for shipping/handling). If on the other hand you put a new motherboard in, you'll have to purchase a new retail or OEM (generally with a hardware purchase) version of the OS. The PC vendor restore disk is not the same as a Windows install CD since they have it customized (drivers pre-loaded, crapware installed, etc...).
