How can I sync my itouch on my moms computer without having to erase all my music?

I usually sync my ipod at my dads house in california and I'm at my moms house and want some songs off my moms computer on my ipod but when I try and sync my itouch it says my only choices are to erase all my music and switch it ALL with ALL of my moms music. I only want a couple songs and I dont want to erase all my music. I tried ipod support but I guess I had my itouch too long and they can only help me for $30.00 which is stupid. Can any1 help me?

just drag & drop music & movies ! don't press sync!!!! you can always drag & Drop anything
