Answer:
Yep, everything looks good. The only thing is, I wouldn't go for a 64-bit OS, because some companies don't make programs for 64-bit OS's. Also, don't worry about the 8GB of RAM thing. I have a computer with 8GB of RAM with 32-bit Windows XP. Windows can only 'find' 3GB of it, but with all the excesses of RAM, parts of the computer borrow the RAM for their own uses.

Wow you've got a great gaming rig that is able to run most, if not all, of the modern 3D games at very high settings...yes your components should work very well with others and you should face no problems if you assemble them correctly....hope this helps ;)
All your links are broken
Sweet build. All you need is a nice case and 64bit OS to take advantage of all that Memory. Cool it with water with this case. http://www.xoxide.com/koolance-pc3-725sl-case.html
Everything looks fine, but honestly 8 gigs of ram is not necessary! I would say get 2 x 2gb of ddr2 @ 1066. For a computer case I would say an antec 900. Other than that your machine should be nice! :) Oh and get a better cpu cooler (stock sucks) :D
WOW 8GB ram way to much brotha. Nothing uses that much. Grand theft auto 4 and crisis ect don't even use up my 2GB's of DDR3 ram. Then again all my stuff is Overclocked. ... You need to worry about getting a freaking fast CPU. I have a E8400 running on a Asus Rampage Extreme MOBO overclocked to 3.55GHz and Grand Theft Auto 4 is maxing it out which is causing lag. Im fixing to get rid of my E8400 and upgrade to a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz.
