If you want it really so bad just put your hard drive in the new computer's unit to play the game!
Unless the game company actually puts in effort to stop you from doing so, yes you can. If you can't, then that will teach you to not look at the DRM you are buying.
can't you just copy the files to external HDD and paste it in new PC.
Its extremely easy. Copy the whole folder with the installation files. After installing copy all the saved content. And if you had a cracked game copy the crack into the game file again. Simple as that. I've done it countless times.
