Have reset computer back to factory fresh?

• i have a toshiba satellite that is just a year old have been doing crazy things like the web pages be jumping up and down when i try to scroll them. sometimes it would take a very long time for the computer to boot up and shut down just doing crazy things like that the list seem to go on i done the reset to factory i have ran many malware programs,antivirus program programs. ' nothing seem to work could someone pleasee tell me how to solve the problem all answers is welcome the laptop is out of warranty. i have reset the laptop back to factory fresh out of the box with the program that cam e with the lap top. now the things started to doing the same thing again like it was before
