Yah, i have a Dynex webcam, so i have installed to my computer. But the screen is blank only.?

So please help me for this because the screen is only blank while the light is on so i dont know what to do. I have completed to make insatallation full completed. This is my question. Hasu.

Dynex Webcams are the horror of webcams...You really should return it if you just got it. Many of them come defective or become deffictive within weeks....Research it on google. I also have one that I recieved from a friend of mine new...It bottomed out the 2nd week I had it.
