What is everything i need for my install?

How do I format my computer? I have carbonite back up will this re-install everything I need.?

I have a terrible virus or spyware or something that I can't get rid of. I was told to format and re-install. Is my carbonite software suffecient to get my computer back to normal? I don't think I have the original disk to re-install everything to my computer. Thanks for your help

hi majo, recommend that you take your computer to a computer repairman and tell him that you have a virus and it is eating your computer alive. a virus is a page that gets into your system and eats up all of your harddrive and then gets your ram and if it is not stopped it can destroy your computer so i highly recommend that you shut your computer off and take it to him. tried to tell others how to format but they could not follow the instructions so the only thing i can recommend that you take it to them they can make your computer like it is a new one. good luck hope i was helpful
