USB PC Camera 301P webcam wont work on msn!?

Its just a grey screen. When I plug it in, a little box pops up on the desktop, and I can see myself. But on MSN, or anywhere else, nobody can see me, but I can see the person I'm talking to. :\ I've tried downloading the software fer it off the internet, and it didnt work. Its not opened in any other window. :\ Do I have to like..allow it in some funky way fer it to work on msn? (I have Windows XP by the way)

To select webcams in MSN click Tools, Audio & Video set up, Next. It should give you the option to choose what camera you want to use.
