Will buying a new video card solve my ialmrnt5 display driver problems?

Trying to play Runes of Magic and i keeps telling me that my GPU is not compatible or something like that?

• i have tried hanging in game resolution requirements to lowest possible but game still is almost impossible to play with its graphics. I could play World of Warcraft fine a few months back when i played it(had some lag in major crowded or over active areas but that's the internet connection) and Maple story as of late perfectly fine(just so you have an idea.).
