Memory card for camera...... PC Vista, drive i, j, h, f and k I think?
-
Ok so inserted the memory card for my camera into the slot on my PC, into i think it was drive I. (I'm not too sure) Then when i was finished i clicked on safely remove hardware because i wasn't sure if you were to do that for a memory card. Now i inserted back the memory card and i can't find any of the drives in My Computer. If i enter the USB into drive f then it will pop up, but not for the memory card slots. Can any one help me get back the drives??? Thanks!!! Seasons greetings to all.

Answer:
You removed the built-in card reader, which is actually a USB mass storage device. Reboot your computer, Windows will find and "re-install" the device. (been there, done that). In the future, don't use the "safely remove hardware" wizard, just wait until all activity on the card has stopped (no flashing light), and just remove the card from the slot.
