Why isnt my webcam working on msn?

i have two webcams, one built in, one removable, and neither of them are working with my msn, it shows i have one, but anytime someone else, or i try to initiate a video call, it doesnt work, how do i get it to work ? and how do i, if possible, choose which webcam i want to use?

The problem is not to your webcam but to your System. Look if you are out of drivers,if you are OK with your drivers try another version of MSN which version do you have ?
