Why can't i download 'Blender' from blender.org?

Everytime i try to download 'Blender' from blender.org it says file unknown and comes up with the image of a piece of papaer with the corner folded. is there something i can download to atually be able to download blender?

Well, you could try downloading from a mirror site, or sourceforge. Either one works. One thing to say, if you need help downloading this program, your going to have a hell of a hard time using it.
