My memory compatible? an whatsup with blue screen errors?

ASUS M4N72-E motherboard 3.1 ghz Phenom II 550 Black edition EVGA GTX 9800 ssc(super super clocked) Patriot Extreme Performance 2gb (2x1gb) 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM 800 mhz(pc2 6400) dual channel desktop memeory model PDC22G6400LLK Azza Dynamo 650 watt psu 500gb seagate ide hard drive liteon dvd burner Azza Salano case heres a link to my motherboard.i dont understand what it means in terms of ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131367&cm_re=ASUS_M4N72-E-_-13-131-367-_-Product it says Due to AMD CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is supported by AM3/AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only. im kinda unsure what this means. would i ever be able to get 4 sticks of 1066 or 1200 or 1300? would only the 1300 need an extra fan or everything down to 1066? is there some reason id be better off getting 800 insted of 1066 or 1200 or 1300?i know 800's slower but it seems like theres some limitation im not noticing 1066 at 4-4-4-12 or 1200 at 5-5-5-15 which would u choose as faster for gaming?(assuming they both 2 gb lets say an same brand my ram is only showing up as 512an 512 an its drivin me nutz because i tried ganged/unganged/auto(auto seems best) an have updated drivers but i cant get it to read as 2gb.its installed in proper slots an has a sticker on each saying 1 gb each.old motherboard had same problem.tested three monthes ago on the old pc chips a33g motherboard,each stick put in one at a time read as 1gb an expert told me.should i now try putting each stick in one at a time an see the results?this mobo is new,thoo i dont see my mem on the qualified vendor list,its running windows now ok . i updated bios for mobo,got all windows updates,an uninstalled then reinstalled every nvidia update,but still got a blue screen crash shortly after starting any 3d game.could only play about 20 seconds.once got an n4 display error but ive updated it first(i think)i KNOW its updated now an still crashes.with same parts except pc chips old motherbaord an 2.2 ghz cpu it didnt crash much why now with better parts?msut be the memory but is there anyhting to help without buying new memory?
