hey, so i wanna know how can i use my phone's camera as a webcam for Free? if you can help me that would be Awesome! thank you :)

It would be impossible unless your phone supported that function. You'd obviously need a cable that connected your phone to your laptop/pc. Dont think my iPhone can do that either :L But, the best thing to do would be to do some research on the internet as we would need more information about your phone to provide a much clearer answer. :D

Try downloading fring, or if your phone is 3G compatible then you can use it paid in a video call. Fring, Skype, etc. are some good choices for VoIP ( Voice over IP)
