No sound on my facebook video?

My microsoft lifecam has no sound when trying to chat or use facebook video...?

it won't work with youtube either. but the sound works fine on the microsoft software.. i have windows 7, if that means anything. anybody else with the same problem? any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Please Add Details to update with: 1) Did you just purchase this? 2) Does it work in this site: http://tinychat.com 3) Create an account on Vimeo.com and see if it works there also 4) Have you checked in your multimedia control center (basically the audio settings, which might vary on your PC) to make sure none of the devices are muted?
