How much is it to install an inside/outside home audio system?

Is there anyway to install an operating system at home, without a CDrom drive, for free?

  • I have recently found out that the only way to fix my computer with the issues it has (no sound, limited downloads, crashes, etc.) is to install a new operating system, but I do not have a CDrom drive on my computer because it is a compaq mini notebook. Is there any other ways I can uninstall then install a new operating system without the CD rom, without going to an expensive place to get it done, but just get steps to install one. maybe from pc to pc or a FREE downloaded program. If anyone can help me, please let me know. thankyou :)

Without CD... You would have to do it with a FlashDrive. For free? Well, if you decide to download the operating system, sure... I suggest looking up "Lastxp v22" This one can be installed using USB.

It's possible to do it from an usb external hard drive or flash drive. Google directions for it. "How to install _____ from usb"
