Why isnt my dell webcam central isnt working at all?

well, i just got my dell laptop and the dell webcam central worked at first and something would come up every time i use my webcam and it would let me edit how i look on my webcam, but now i don't know what i did and when i click on webcam central it doesn't respond and it doesn't let me edit how i look on cam anymore, can someone please help me? i would really appreciate it. :]
