I need help with TI 84 plus silver edition.

TI-Connect ScreenCapture Problems! Please help!?

I have a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition calculator. I used the included CD to download TI-Connect. I connected my calculator to the computor via usb then opened ScreenCapture. It searched for devices and found my TI-84. I selected it and it loaded the screencapture thing. I clicked on the "Get Screen" button and nothing happened. I restarted the computer and tried again and still nothing happened. I need this to work by monday for a math project! please help!
Answer:

• Display the picture on the graphing calculator that is to be copied to the computer. • Connect the calculator and PC using a TI Connectivity cable. • Start the TI Connect software and click on the TI ScreenCapture button. A TI ScreenCapture window will open displaying the image on the calculator. • Next, click on Edit, Copy. • Then open the Microsoft® Word document that will contain the picture. • In the Microsoft® Word software, place the cursor where the image should be pasted then click on Edit, Paste.
