Nikon 3200: wont transfer pictures when plugged into computer it used to, I have not changed any settings.?

Transfering pictures: when i plug in my camera its suppose to give me a window asking me what i want to do, copy pictures, view pictures, open a folder, take no action, it used to do that now it dont, why not?

Answer:
There are several places to turn on Auto-play. You should look in the options of the program for Nikon. Picture Project is the one I have. You can also run the transfer from this program manually. You are not stuck. Windows Vista has a built in program that will also offload any connected hardware like camera or any usb/ mem chip.
