How is this video card?

How can i install this video card?

  • this might take a while, just bare with me please. i have an old computer, in which i upgraded the video card. i checked the power supply on my old computer(after i had already played with the video card for a few months), and it said 300(W) max. My new computer came with an integrated card. i want to take the video card from my old computer, and put it in my new one. but my new computer only has a 400(W) power supply, but runs a much more powerful processor and and other components. Now, my questions. One. how do i know how much power im already using in my new computer? Two. how do i know how much (W) the graphics card im trying to install requires/uses? Three. Will i have any unexpected issues installing this video card because of the fact my computer came with a built in card? Thank you for your time.

  • Answer:

    1. THe link below might help figure out how much power you are using. 2. THe manual for the graphics card will state the power supply needed, or you can download it from their website. 3. You will have to change the bios setting to disable the integrated card. Good luck
