How to install bluetooth to a PC?

i would like to install bluetooth to my PC to connect it with my mobile phone. can anyone tell me where can i find a proper bluetooth programm to install it etc.? thanks

Your PC albeit Desktop or Laptop needs to have bluetooth hardware first. If it does not the cheapest route to go down is a blue tooth USB dongle. The hardware should come with software.
