How to use a Cruzer USB flash drive?

Unable to install windows 7 from usb pen drive ?

I have a sandisk cruzer blade 4gb pen drive and i hv made it win 7 bootable but when it boots i click on install it show me no hdd partitions and a Load Driver Message pops up which says "A required CD/DVD device driver is missing. If u have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USBflash drive, please insert it now." but if i use the same iso from which i have created this bootable USB flash drive to burn on DVD and install, everything goes fine. Plz help. they system on which i m trying to install doesnt have a working optical drive.
Answer:

press F10 as you start it may show the boot option select usb from list and try also try tapping the delete key to enter bios and find boot and select usb as first boot if that fails replace the optical drive and use a dvd
