How do i install the normal sound device on my pc?

On my tool bar the little volume speaker is missing. It appears one of my coworkers disliked my music and uninstalled the basic audio on my computer. How do I get this back?

3 options: 1. right click task bar and properies and change settings 2. control panel>taskbar and start menu>change task bar settings 3. restart your computer
