How do you get Bluetooth on a computer?

is there any software that is available for download, that means you can have wi-fi connections between a phone and computer? For example, I went to a party yesterday & I want to send some of the photos from my phone to the computer, but I don't have a cable. Is there anything I can do...?

Just buy a plug and play bluetooth dongle. when you plug dongle you are allowed to transfer data from computer to your bluetooth enabled phone.
