Cannot download webcam filters?

• So I just bought my new Logitech Webcam C500, keeping in mind that it can support avatars, face accessories, and filters. So after I bought it I tried out the filters it came with. I enjoyed them but wanted more I had seen people with the same webcam use. I clicked the button that said "Get more Filters" and it lead me here: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/469/&camera=6303&videofxlist= But there are no filters! Also about this, shouldn't there be video masks too? So how do I get my filters and video masks?

  http://www.logitech.com/en-us/469/ has the effect main page. It let me download a *.LVA file and I do not have that software. I assume you would have to get those files and then double click them (run them) to get your software to install as it should recognize this filetype. With WebcamMax.com (freeware versions ManyCam.com/VideoSkin.net or trial of YouCam), you can add some fun special effects (frames, masks/faces, warping/morphing, funny scenes, animation, etc) to your web cam stream (or capture/snapshot) before connecting to any webcam services.
