Which DVD players are compatible with burnt DVD's?

DVD-RAM drive (was a burner) Wont Read Burnt DATA CDS/DVDS?

  • If i insert a Game DVD (COD2) for instance, it will detect it, and autostart, then if i take it out, and stick in any burnt Data dvd with various things on there, the DVD will think i just stuck the COD2 cd back in and will Start the CallOfDuty2 autoplay menu, even thou the cd isnt in there?, i can even go into the cd and veiw all the cod2 installation files and folders. this will happen with any Cds, but if i didnt previouly stick a Dvd/cd inside b4 i put in a DATA cd, the DVD-RAM drive will then turn into a CD-Rom drive with a empty disc in there? Does anyone know what might be the problem here? only thing i have recently done is repair my windows installation to a difrent motherboard. how can i fix this its really annoying as i cant get my old files i backed up onto DVD's b4 i done the repair. and i seriously have a suspicious that my DVD-drive wasnt called DVD-RAM drive b4...i really dont think it had RAM at the end of it b4 all this problems started.

  • Answer:

First, check your dvd driver Second, suggest you change a good dvd burner,i used Windows movie maker before,it is very bad. So i changed another one, very good but need to pay,if you have interested ,have a look http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=site%3Advd-burning-software.net%2F&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi=
