If you live in the US you'll have to pay if the seller is in the US too. But if you are an international buyer you'll only have to pay the taxes of mailing in your country.

buying graphic card form a local dealer would be more cheaper than buying it onlne...
Why the hell you want to buy a gtx 460 online when you can get it your city and at a bargain price with warranty support. When you purchase from a local dealer he will get you support in case of repair or replacement which the amazon will never give you.
LOL...i have GTX 460 and i bought it from a dealer...and i live in india too...(i got it 1000 buck cheaper too) if u live in delhi... then u can look in Nehru Place, Wazirpur market etc...
