Motherboard has 3 PCIe 2.0x16 slots, so that video card will go in one of those - Yes, it's supported.

The motherboard support PCI-Express cards therefore is will support the card, however if you are buying the card just for the game you might want to rethink that because inside of a year you are going to wonder why you can't play other games effectively. Look at your budget and see what else is out there that can help with a few other games. For instance, can this card also handle Crysis (1 or 2). Make sure that what you are doing will also help down the line.

Yes, your motherboard will support up to 3 video cards. I wouldn't buy that crappy video card. That's a generation behind for the money. Get one more like the GT 440 for close to the same price after rebate. This one would be completely silent because it doesn't use a fan. The performance increase would be significant enough. One thing to note is that it will take up two slots instead of one but for the price you can't beat it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121469
