I have a new mac computer and i cant use my sandisk usb flash drive cruzer?

i have a sandisk 4gb cruzer (flash drive) and i cant open my files...i need my homework for tomorrow ..im new to mac i got it 2 weeks ago and im kinda regret getting it jst becux i was so used to windows..but can anybody help me? and in your opinion is windows better than mac?

Okay...you might want to be more specific than "can't open my files". That's far too vague. What files? Does the flash drive mount at all? Can you get into it? Are you getting an error?

Flash drive is a flash drive. Mac or PC does not matter. You should be able to put it in and it will show up. Something may be wrong with the drive. Open Disk Utility (in the Utilities folder in Applications). Sometimes missing drives can be found there. With Disk Utility open, remove and reinsert the drive. If it shows up, you can use the utility to check it.

That is one other reason of many that I will never have a Mac. I have windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and I just insert any flash drive in and open all the files that are on it. Do you get an error? Or does it just not recognize the flash drive?
