My webcam isn't working on MSN?

Webcam's not working?

my webcam's not working. whenever i try open with the web cam program it says "web cam is connected to another program". even if theirs no other program's open. MSN isnt even on the tray. I went into Crlt+ALT+del and nothing, i checked processes and still nothing that could have been using it. Its built into my laptop and i know the driver's are their. i cant say when it stopped, i don't use it often but sometime in the last few months. It was working perfectly on my birthday in febuary. PS: laptop = ACER Aspire webcam = Acer Orbicam OS = Windows XP and i got the computer in 2004

i think you should install windows xp service pack 2 again. i think your problem will solve by this .!
