Capture Card help?

Easycap capture card help?

• write iv got a easycap and iv downloaded amcap and its just gives me a black screen and same with the ulead video store so will some one tell me the settings to put it on or if i need a new av cable iv got all the splitters and put all the wires in the right place (persanly) i think that its the settings and if not could you tell me a software (device) thanks
