How do you modify your computer systems memory?

I bought the new lego harry potter game and when I put the disc in my laptop and press install it says "lego harry potter has ended prematurely because of an error. your system has not been modified. to install this programme at a later time click the finish button." I clicked on the finish button and tried again later but the same thing happened. Can you tell me how to fix the problem? thanks

i'm not sure if you have a mac, pc or version to give you more advice...if you have a pc try to right-click on the installation file and select "Run As Administrator" Cheers
