I have external drive used for mac. I would like to reformat for use with windows computer?

Hi ! Connect it to your windows PC ... It wont be detected as a drive and displayed ... But you can format it using disk management tool. Go to run and type " diskmgmt.msc " in it and enter. In the opened console, find your connected HDD in below colored boxes and format it in NTFS for good performance. Note that FAT32 is valid in both MAC and Windows.

If youre on a mac: Use Disk Utility, select the drive, go to erase, select MS-DOS (FAT) and press erase... :)
