Why doesn't msn work on my laptop?

I REALLY NEED HELP! my webcam doesnt work ?

i have acer laptop and my webcam works if you take pictures and everything like the programs but it doesnt work on msn. and i really need it because i talk to my reletives through msn. i have msn beta PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Answer:

Go to Acer.com and find the support and downloads tab use the Africa or Middle East tabs (The Pan America Site sucks) and download the respected drivers for your Acer. I have an Aspire 5520 and I needed the drivers as well Except they had to seperate ones for my computer for my Crystal Eye Webcam I installed both the BISON and SUYIN Drivers and applications. The SUYIN did not work but the BISON did. So basically go to Acer.com find the driver for your Crystal Eye and download it. You will need to enable pop-ups and you will need to UNzip the setup files.
