My screen is blurry, does it need to be updated?

I need help with my screen resalution, i just updated my computer to vista and i have a pci modem grapic card?

i have a dell desktop its a couple years old and i wonted vista and i got it but i cant change my screen resalution, i think i have a pci modem, graphics card thing and i need a link to find the software for vista, so if any of yall could help i would realy be happy
Answer:

Find, download and install the drivers if you haven't already. But to change the screen res in Vista, right click on desktop, select personalize, and down at the bottom there should be "display settings" Select this, and set it up the way you want. But this probably won't work if you don't have the right drivers installed. good luck
