Well USB drive can boost your speed a little, They can't really do what RAM does!!

you can do this by go to properties of your pendrive in my computer, then in ready to boost you can select the memory of your pendrive that you want to use as virtual ram. but note! this can only give a smoothness in your computer not a ram speed.
yeah you can and if you have a highspeed one meant for readyboost (if its still called that) it will actually make a pretty good difference
plug it in then go all the way down to speed up my system
