What is the difference between these two snowboards?

Would I be able to notice the difference between these two graphics cards doing regular operations?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 w/256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 w/256MB I know the second one is better but would I really be able to notice the difference in normal conditions. Not gaming or anything? Would I notice the difference watching a movie? When would it be apparent other than heavy gaming? I really need help on this. I am looking at two models with these two graphics cards with almost the exact same specs. I am not into heavy gaming at all. I play older games and I might play roller coaster tycoon every once in a while but nothing like crysis... When would I notice the difference other then gaming?

I would recommend the ATi 3870. This will give a noticable improvment. Not sky high dramatic but noticable. It about the same price, maybe 20 buck higher at Newegg.com

You wouldn't notice a difference when watching videos or doing ordinary tasks, but playing games you will notice a difference in FPS (frames per second). You should be able to play older games with either video card pretty well. Go with the cheaper one!

one has a slightly better graphics processor, which means that it can get the video signals processed faster, if you are not going to be doing heavy gaming, this is irrelevant, because most of the work done in watching videos is not done one the graphics card
