AT&T Phone Upgrading?

? About Upgrading my AT&T phone?

  • I got a phone from AT&T last May, but it seems to be not working properly. Some of the items on the screen won't show up and i can't access many things on my phone including my inbox. If I take my phone in to an AT&T store, will I be able to buy a different phone or will I have to just switch my broken phone out for the exact same type of phone?

  • Answer:

calling AT&T was out of the question???

You will be able to get your phone replaced. Shouldn't be any charge. HOWEVER, more than likely the phone you have now, is OLD news! New phone models have come out. They'll want you to get one of their new models. What's sweet about this, is that buy the time you pay for the phone, and the discount rates, plus this thing, and that thing, ya-da, ya-da, the phone turns out being $20 bucks, or FREE! My niece just did that. Sorry, I don't keep up, as I'm a computer geek, not a phone geek, but she traded her Razr in, and got the newer model. Didn't cost her a DIME! Make sure you get a good representative. Make sure that you get all the things that go with the phone, so that it winds up being $20 bucks, or FREE!
